Pro membership

What can you do with "Pro"?

"Pro" is for anyone who wants to start the first direct contact themselves.

  • Start a new conversation with babysitters or families directly through Dinositter.
  • Use messaging to reach out quickly and directly when you find a promising match.
  • Only starting a conversation requires Pro. Replying in an existing conversation remains free.

Promotional terms: First 10 per postal code (12 months Pro free)

These promotional terms supplement Dinositter's general terms and conditions (GTC). If they conflict, these promotional terms govern the scope of this promotion.

Registered users with the babysitter or family role and a valid German postal code in their profile may participate. Babysitters must have completed onboarding. A slot is available as long as fewer than ten profiles of the relevant role are registered in the postal code at the time of successful redemption. Each role has an independent quota of ten slots per postal code — babysitter and family pools are counted separately.

The postal code stored in your profile at the time you reserve a promotional slot is decisive. If you change your profile postal code after redemption, the Pro access granted under this promotion is permanently and irrevocably lost — even if you later return to the original postal code. Reactivation of the forfeited entitlement is not possible.

After losing your promotional entitlement due to a postal code change, you may at any time claim a new slot in any postal code where fewer than ten profiles of your role are registered. However, only one active promotional entitlement per user account is permitted at a time.

The Pro access granted is valid for 12 months from the time of successful redemption and includes, in particular, the ability to start new conversations with other users as described in the then-current Dinositter product description. For babysitter participants, the following geographic restriction additionally applies: you may only start new conversations with family profiles if the straight-line distance between your profile location and the family profile's displayed location is at most thirty kilometres.

The promotion is non-transferable, cannot be paid out in cash, and cannot be combined with other promotions where combination is excluded. The operator may end the promotion once all slots per postal code are taken or when the promotional period shown in the offer area ends.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal exists and you expressly request that performance begins before the withdrawal period expires, you agree that you lose your right of withdrawal once the operator has fully performed the contract.

Promotional terms: Code DINOSITTER100 (2 months of Pro free)

These promotional terms supplement Dinositter's general terms and conditions (GTC). If they conflict, these promotional terms govern the scope of this promotion.

The promotion is aimed at registered Dinositter users who, at the time of redemption, do not have active paid Pro access via a running subscription, unless the checkout shows otherwise. The discount is granted by entering the promotional code DINOSITTER100 in the Stripe checkout and applies to the Pro offer shown in checkout with a two-month term, provided that offer is available at the time of booking.

The promotion grants a price reduction up to the full waiver of the purchase price shown; in particular no recurring subscription fees apply for that period if the selected plan provides so. After two months, the granted access ends automatically unless you choose a paid plan or explicitly confirm renewal. There is no entitlement to receive the discount again.

The promotion is generally intended once per user account and per person. Redemption limits may additionally be enforced by settings at the payment provider Stripe. The promotion is non-transferable, cannot be paid out in cash, and cannot be combined with other discount promotions where combination is excluded.
